Anti-aging – it’s a term that most of us love to hate… or is it hate to love? Whatever the case, there is no doubt that there is a lot of pressure on women over 50 to look younger.
Well, for starters, I don’t believe that there is anything wrong with getting older. In fact, like many women my age, I am embracing positive aging instead of anti-aging.
At the same time, even if I did want to look younger, I certainly wouldn’t rely on pills and potions to do so. Why? Because, for the most part, they don’t work.
Oh, I love playing with makeup as much as the next person, but, I use it to look my best, not younger… it’s a fun form of personal expression, not an anti-aging skincare obsession.
Instead, today, I would like to over some anti-aging tricks that really make a difference. These are things that don’t cost an arm and a leg… and they may just make you a happier person too!
